Like most people, you sometimes get an urge for something fresh for dinner. One dish I get in these situations, is the Happy Roll at Tugboat Fish and Chips. You normally don’t go to a fish and chips spot for something fresh, but Tugboat is an interesting place. It has all the nice fish and chip type options, which are delicious in their own right. But, they have a nice offering of sushi as well.

The sushi roll in this discussion is the Happy Roll. It is a roll that consists of creamy crab salad, avocado chunks, wrapped in seaweed and sushi rice. Then topped with slices of raw salmon with a thin slice of lemon all drizzled over by some sort of combination of a sweet mayo/unagi sauce. Each bite is a nice, refreshing, savory and umami filled bite. I’d highly recommend you try it as well as other items there.
